Here's the truth:

While I love designing and making fidgets ...running a genuine, profitable business is the only way I can continue do this. I recently combed through the numbers of every single piece we make ...and found that some pieces were losing us money -- in some cases a lot of money -- for every one we made.

Yes, I know, shame on me for not crunching the numbers sooner (but I will readily admit I am a "let's just make it anyway" kind of a guy - a little too optimistic perhaps).

Shockingly...

I have had no choice but to kill off a whole load of designs (some of them very new and barely even into production). Most of the cost of making a fidget is in the time it takes on the CNC machine. So, if one of our fidgets typically takes 2 or 3 hours, and it's priced in the $250 area - we can make it work.

The problem:

I discovered a lot of pieces we make take 4 or 5 hours (some even 6 hours). So, as you have probably already figured out, if a product takes twice as long to make ...well, it's not going to be $250.
