So here's the deal...

 

This is your chance to build your own Mosaic Turtle (no Exotic materials - just Titanium, Zirconium, Copper and Brass for now).

 

Here's what you need to know:

 

#1 - This is a trial (initially only open for just 72 hours).

 

#2 - Once you place your order I will begin the machining and building of YOUR specific Mosaic Turtle slider (the lead time before shipping will be around 3 weeks).

 

#3 - No changes can be made to your custom build once your order is placed (I want to keep this as simple as possible for this trial).

 

You will be able to choose both your style of wear plates ("X", "Swiss" or "Skelly") and the wear plate material (Stainless Steel or Zirconium).

 

Also, you can choose between Titanium or Zirconium for the main body.

Important:

 

The colors of the metals in the 3D software below are not accurate to how they look in real life (it's a 3D render and not photo-realistic) - so you have to use your imagination a little in terms of how your Custom Build slider will ultimately look.

One more thing...

This is my NEW Mosaic Turtle - and is unlike anything we have done before.

 

It takes 3 different CNC machines to make the various parts (not to mention the large number of machining hours!).

 

Then there is the fact there are 26 individual platelets per slider ...and 38 in-house-made Titanium screws!

 

Simply put, this is not your usual couple-of-hundred dollar slider - it's a bespoke piece you're investing in. This is just a trial and I'm not sure if it's something I will do again after this.

Weight

The final weight of the slider will vary depending on the design you create. You should find it will fall in the range of 70 to 90 grams.

 

Magnets

You slider will have an equidistant magnet layout and I will put N52 strength magnets in them because of the overall weight of the slider.

 

Price

I am keeping it simple and the slider will be USD397 (regardless of what your specific build is)

How To Use The Custom Mosaic Turtle Slider Builder:

All you have to do is follow the 3-step process in the software below.

 

BUT, please ensure you complete Step #2 and download the image of your Custom Slider Build. This gives YOU a reference for what you've ordered ...and WE NEED IT so we can build your Custom Slider. :-)

 

Once you click the "Open Order Form" in Step #3, then you will be able to enter your Name, Email, etc. ...and you will need to upload the image you downloaded in Step #2.
